Return & Refund Policy

General Policy All BR4NDOM products are part of limited drops. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our releases, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We strongly encourage customers to review our size guide carefully before placing an order.

Defective or Damaged Items If you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Return shipping costs will be covered by BR4NDOM in such cases. To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@brandom.ch, with a description of the issue and supporting photos.

Non-Eligible Returns The following are not eligible for return or refund: items that have been worn, washed, or altered; items without original packaging; and claims submitted after the 14-day window.

Your Legal Rights As a consumer in Switzerland, you retain statutory rights under Swiss consumer protection law. This policy does not affect those rights.
